Okay folks, help me here,

Why is this happening, I try to make a cd or play music, and the system Quick Reboots and starts over??

Maybe a glitch, Im not sure....just asking thanks

Nightfox:confused:

One thing to do is remove your CD drives from the system using device manager

Right click My Computer > Properties > Hardware > device manager

Just right click on your drives and say Remove...

Reboot and XP will find them again and hopefully reinstall the drivers.

go into your system properties, then advanced, then startup and recovery.

make sure you turn off auto-rebooting that way you will get the blue screen that will tell us what is causing the problem.

when you get that blue screen right down the error details and the stop code and we should be able to help you out

Thanks Guys!

Hey thanks guys, I do appricate it.

I did one other thing...I disabled the auto feature in the motherboard BIOS. To make the computer think at POST that there was no drives but the main drive installed, so far, no problems, but I have done what you instructed.

I will let you know what I find.

Thanks again.

Nightfox ;)

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
