XP Pro log in

I have upgraded from W98SE to XP Pro but have one option as administrator with a password. This works but how do I use XP Pro as a normal person with no password and is this administration thing needed as its a stand alone PC with the only network being the net.

go into users, in control panel. Easy to setup new users.

or disable it from TweakUI ( power-toys)
