The problem i had was windows would not shut down!!!
AMBIENT HAM MODEM??
Dissabled it in device manager
win shut down and re-boot ok??TRIED IT OVER A PERIOD OF TIME !!!That was the prob---->got rid and all is fine .
Hope this will help other folk with the same prob?
