XP & Missing Drive Icon

The normal Hard Disk icon in My computer has gone, and just the defuault windows icon is showing ... how can I fix this so the normal icon comes back???

Try Tweakui , and"repair"/rebuild icons" option.

check if there is an autorun.inf on your hdd if so delete it

yep its a glitch in the ntfs its when someone doesnt use the search button
