XP migration info not on MS site?

Anyone know why all info relating to migrating an installation of XP to a new hard drive (same machine) is not on the MS site anymore?

I’ve got a 20gig drive and an 80gig drive. Want to install XP on the 80gig drive (from the 20gig) and then remove the smaller drive without having to re-install everything or having to re-install XP. It appears that cloning the drive won’t now work after service pack one. Is this true?

Don’t have Norton Ghost (XP compatable version) but do have Partition Magic 8.

Cloning still works after SP1, at least with Norton Ghost. I've tried.
