Welcome to the forums rakster. Have fun. :)

1/ Turn off hibernation if you are not going to use it.
Disable Hibernation to Save Space
Unless you use it, you can disable hibernation in :
Control panel > Power Options > Hibernate
If left on, the hybernation reserves disk space equal to your RAM

2/ Turn off system resotre if you don't want it.
Right click my computer/properties/sytem restore.

Dumping the dll cache will save on about 400 meg
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache

open a command prompt window & type
sfc /purgecache
---------------------
definitely disable restore
back up your drive to CDs' using a drive image program like
PowerQuest DriveImage 2002

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
