If I try to run a full scan from Norton 2002 it will get about a third of the way through and freeze COMPLETELY. There is no getting around having to reboot.
Also, if I ask it to run a thorough check disk upon next reboot, it will get to about 40% on stage 4 of 5 and completely freeze also.
Other than that the machine seems to run fine.
Has anyone else ever experienced this before?
Any thoughts? I already know, don't run scan disk or Norton, right?
