XP Firewall

I'm trying to enable the XP firewall...but i got an error message...check attachment...

Could it be some service i disabled?

Ok i went to bkviper.com and used services.msc to try and start some of the ones i missed but the when i check the firewall box and hit ok it still gives me that message. Does anyone know wich services that need to be enabled to use the xp firewall?

The whole reason why I want to use the xp firewall is that with ZAP other people can't go to my personal web server (and that means neither can i when i'm at school). I have to disable the firewall completly before outside computers can view my webserver.

But I don't want to leave my computer unprotected, so i want to enable the XP firewall and let port80 get out.

yeah...it was ICF... it wounldn't work because it depended on alot of other services i disabled many months ago...
