XP firewall and File Tranfer with ICQ

I use ICQ alot and use the file transfer in it. But when I turn my XP firewall on people cant send me files anymore.

The only way I found to fix the problem is to turn off the firewall.
There must be a way to still use the file transfer in ICQ.

Im using ICQ 2001B Beta v.5.16 build 3640
