XP Clean install

Just built a computer, installed xp and when I restart i get a Black screen asking me what operating system to start up:

Microsoft Windows XP Home edition and
Microsoft Windows XP Home edition

the first choice is highlighted, If I dont hit enter it starts in Xp after about 10 seconds..
How do I bypass this screen. There is only one os on this computer why am i getting this option, its really just a waste of time for me.

Go to Control Panel> System> "Advanced" tab> "Startup and recovery" settings button. At the top is your bootloader options. Just untick the "display...." box and it should boot right up. You can also edit the boot.ini file.

Cool, my LAN computer has the same problem, Windows XP Pro and Windows OS, nice 1 Lonman!😀
