i have a 30 gig drive with only 15gb formated and partitioned, the rest is non formated and partitioned, what is the best way i can get it to use??

is there a built in utility in xp?

umm...install partition magic 7...and do what u wanted to do

Instead of using fancy GUI apps to do this why dont you just use fdisk? or if you have other partitions (of like linus swap files) then try aefdisk, if you want instructions give me a shout or check out the m$oft site

If you dont have Partition Magic 7, go to Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Managmement.

Click on the empty diskspace and ask it to format a new partition.

partition magic 7 worked like a charm,

thanks guys.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
