XP activation file

OK I'm blind..I know it was posted here but I can't find. Changing mb and need to know what file to copy that way I dont need to re-activate.

thats not gonna work, it is only good if you re-install windows on the SAME system and want to skip re-activating, he is still gonna end up having to activate if he copies the file over

It doesnt work. Not only that I can't reactivate online, I have to call. Oh well I have 29 days left..
