Well I had version 5, not that good, so after being bothered by e-mail from Xara mailings (me being a member) they offered me for around £15 in my currency Xara 3D v6, so I thought what the heck, I could do with something to make my life less boring.

I got a straight registered download, installed it, browsed around it and thought o.k. not got much time, so closed it.

I forgot I had it till the CD version was delivered by the postman today. Man this rocks, dam what a bargain, it makes 5 look like tripe-ware, great bevels, buttons, shadows, colours, shapes, it's great!

Anyone else a bit more mastered than me at it have some tips?

I have Xara3D5, and I am pretty good with it. Still haven't tried Version 6 though. I'll grab it soon. :)

Real easy to pick up ain't it.. Ah the days of Xara 3D 5 :D

It's basically a 3D modeller for text only. You can control texture, lighting, shading and positioning. Real impressive outcomes with little experience needed.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
