WTF I have to pick from 3 options when I boot up XP?

I wanted to change my boot screen before for XP but I didn't go through with it. I used a program that lets you pick your images and use it for a boot screen, but I forget the name of it. Anyway when I start up my PC now I get 3 options that for the most part go like this:

Please choose with OS from the 3 options:

WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL

OS FOR BOOT SCREEN TESTING

OS FOR BOOT SCREEN TESTING



It goes something like that...how do I get rid of those extra 2 options?

Have a look here . Just delete the last two lines.

Before you delete the lines, you can also see where they are pointing to.
