3rd, The PNY is modded with a NV5 which does a better job of cooling is more silent. NV5 is $30

hmm new Gt=$399 + shipping and then $30 for Artic Cooling NV5 HSF+shipping and the dude is willing to part with it for $360 including shipping. I dunno, seems quite a good deal to me! But haggle him he might come down from that price!
