WT I keep getting this damn error and then a reboot!

I have searched the KB and Technet but none seem to have any info....

I am also getting this error right after...

hmmm, couldn't find any info on that. go into your services and try disabling Machine Debug Manager

and go into your task manager and under processes close the process mdm.exe

see if that helps
