Would like a sig....

I truly suck with graphic design stuff.

PAINT, GIMP and all others that I have tried make me look like a fool.

I have been trying to put together a simple forum sig that I could use, but I cannot get things to fit, resize and crop.

Was wondering if anyone can help me with a couple minutes of their time, maybe put something simple together for me.
