Word 2002 (XP) starts slow after 16 seconds! How is this possible??

Help,
I'm going crazy now!
Tried everything to start Word 2002 (XP) in 1 sec, but everytime he starts after 16 seconds!
Did a clean installation of Windows XP Pro, but nothing worked
Had disabled Norton too and tried, via Technet troubleshooting, this key regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\norton antivirus\officeav.dll"
Didn't work either! |🙁
Every program disabled in the systray, path's in Word 2002 checked, nothing.
Excel, Acces, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, they all worked within 1 sec. Except Word???
What is going on here?

Strange .. have you put the SP1 for office on ?

When you installed office did you put all the extra junk in for word, they give you options to install extra things with a custom install, or did do a normal/minimal install

I just timed mine and its about 4-5 seconds for word - Office XP

Normal install - minus all the junk
