wmp9 problem

hey whenever i click a link that is supposed to bring up wmp9, it says that it is unable to find the media. what do i do? but whenever i download something to my hard drive and play it with that, it works

Perhaps there's a firewall blocking the stream?

nope it still didnt help. here is the error message that i got.

Perhaps a re-install helps? Since WMP9 is installed apart from Windows XP, there must be a file available that enables you to reinstall the software.
If that doesn't help, than I can't help you any further, sorry.
