WMP9 codec Pack corrupted WMP10

Hi Guys,

Trying to figure out what happened to my buddies machine here. He installed WMP10, then he installed a WMP9 codec pack. Now WMP10 sound is warbled. We are trying to uninstall WMP10 and reinstall, to no success. Where can I locate the Codecs and uninstall/remove them and then try to reinstall WMP10?

It's a bit tricky to find what codecs are installed, but you can use this tool - http://www.headbands.com/gspot/

Which will give you a list of what codecs you have and assist in troubleshooting their performance.
