wmp error

While opening wmp I get this message -The application or ddl c:\program files\common files\symantec shared \script sharing\scrblock.dll is not a valid windows image.please check this against your installation diskette.any suggestions please
it eventually opens

Sounds like Norton AntiVirus is trying to block a VBS script but Windows won't allow it to do so. Try reinstalling NAV.
