Wmp 9

I was wondering, what you all thought of the new player as of now in its Beta, and any problems. I have been debating on upgrading and am not sure if i should make the jump to 9. (running XP WMP 8). Is the new build available from the M$ site? Just wondering.

Yes it is, but i dont have a direct link, its worth the upgrade tho.

I first betas of WMP9 gave me lots of problems. The last one is Finlay working good for me. If you look the forums over you will see lots of problems. If I had it to do over again I would wait for the final version before I installed it. If you do install it make a restore spot before you do because if you do have problems with it there is no option to uninstall it.

wmp9 is great. I can't wait for the finished version and the ability to modify the toolbar player.

i didn't think that they released a beta of 7 or 8, so why 9?

I'm waiting for the final release.
I usually keep away from pre-release versions of anything.
