wireless question

why is it, sometimes when on a strong network that you use all the time, the card sees the network but can't connect even though the signal is strong.

closing the card doesn't help, closing explorer doesn't help but rebooting does the trick

I can't figure that out

I would think closing down the wireless card and explorer would fix that though

not if its with the OS might be why the reboot sorts it
