wireless question.

i am sure i already know the answer to this one. im just making sure though...

i have a wireless router. everytime my phone rings i am knocked offline and i have to restart the router and the computer in the middle room to get back on. is there anyway to fix this WITHOUT having to buy a new phone? my phone is 2.4ghz.

Change the default broadcast channel of the router.

yah i think its channel 11.. we changed it to 11 cause of the wii we have.

IIRC, channel 6 is default for the US. Try other channels until problem goes away.

Channel switching is the way to go, luck of the draw as I have had mixed results on various channels myself.
