When i pitch Winzip or winrar or winace.

Xp don't speed. Xp is slow.

Yes, i have a latest version.
For exemple winzip8

it's uncompressing and when i clik on winzip.

Are you compressing a large file?

If so then try going to the Task Manager - find the WinZip process and raise its Pririty to "Above Normal" - if you set it to "High" be careful - and turn off your screen saver to stop it kicking in.
