winnet.exe -DLL Initialization Failed........hellp!!

every time when i log off/restart/or shut down my pc.. i get this message:

winnet.exe -Dill initialization failed
The application failed to initialize because the windwo station is shutting down.

does anyone know how i can solve this problem??

btw.. i'm using XP..
i didn't have this problem when i hadn't install norton anti-virus ..

Run Adaware and/or Spybot. winnet.exe is spyware.
