Control Panel -> Security Centre -> Change the way security centre alerts me -> Deselect the check boxes.

You could advise/check with Sygate also, I think this is a known issue and they will patch or update to have XP recognise their firewall, then you can do it the "kosher" way and let XP warn you if you drop your firewall....

Thanks rushm001. That is an annoying thing all the time. From what I've read at Sygate forums and the posts form some of the moderators indicate that there will be a fix for this by Christmas so the security center recognized the Sygate firewall.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
