Windows XP Pro - is there an easy way to reset user securities and administration?

Is there an easy way to reset the network access privileges for users on a Windows XP Pro system without having to reset each item separately?

try using cacls from a command prompt.

START
RUN
type "cacls" without the quotes.
Figure out what it is that you want to do and use those options...
