Windows XP PPoE Login Screen

For a long time, I have been able to have the ability to boot up my computer, simply click the explorer icon, and my internet would automatically start up in the background. Now, my internet connects, but it shows an annoying dialup screen every time. How do i disable this screen?

Control Panel > Network Connections > right click the connection > Options and take the check mark out of "prompt for user name", "prompt for phone number", etc...
