windows XP opening hidden files

During setup these file could not be copied by setup.
Aclayer.dll
oembios.bin
pro_seg4.swf
earl. ac_
can someone tell me how I can open and copy these files before running setup again.

if setup is not able to copy them there is no way for you to copy them if you are doing a fresh install of XP...are you using a Store bought version of XP or a copied? cause it it's copied ya might want to make sure it works on another comp and that it was not damaged, solving install problems is hard because you cannot directly change the install
