Windows XP Drivers for 3Com Wireless PC Card

Has anyone had any success with either the PC Card (PCMCIA) or the PCI based 3COM Wireless network adapters. Please Help. I am having a problem with connectivity. The driver from the Microsoft Windows XP Professional install correctly. Occasionally I get a connect indication in the task tray, then after a few moments the indication changes to disconnected. No matter how many times i change the status, the same results are experienced. If anyone has had a similar problem or knows of a croorective measure for this problem, please advise. Thank You.

there is a new driver for windows xp, but its in beta right now. Im using this driver and it works well.
