Windows XP Compatability??

I was checking out WinXP Compatability page and was wondering if I have hardware in my computer that is not on the Designed for Windows XP or Compatible with Windows XP list will WinXP still run ok. Example, my video card is a TNT 2 but that is not listed on either list. I have been having alot of problems with Microsoft Netmeeting crashing WinXP and was wondering if this may be the problem or one of the other pieces of hardware not listed for WinxP in my computer. I did the compatability test and eveything seemed to pass.

When netmeeting crashes, are you getting any error codes? We need those to troubleshoot the problem. You can also look in the event viewer logs to see if anything is being reported there.

Too many variables to make a blanket diagnosis... could be as simple as needing to update your bios, or as complicated as an uncompatible driver that eludes detection through normal procedure. The error codes narrow the field quickly.

as i remember it was something like multiple irp request. i would be using netmeeting and the computer would give me the blue screen and that message. it would usually crash when the other person terminated the conversation, i am also behind a router/firewall if that means anything.
