i just found Windows XP Build XP sp1 1063, to update windows, i was wondering if i can use that with windows xp home edition. let me know.
 
It should be fine... if it's not meant for the home edition i'd guess a message box will pop up and let you know.
 
Yeah, it seems a rather intelligent patch so I guess it would halt on any problems.
