Windows update site.

Has anyone else been having problems getting onto windows update site today? I've just installed win 2000 an and i'm finding that the update site wont load. I hope I dont have to reinstall

I had problems yesterday. I know there's been a few patches released, could just be busy.

Nope, no problem here. Might just be a whole bunch of people rushing to get the latest security updates which is causing congestion on the MS update website.

yes its just the windows update site that is slow or hard to reach for two days now, so you not have to reinstall m8 😉

Thank god for that. I was a little worried that the installation went wrong. By the way win 2000 seems to run better than xp does. Farcry runs so much smoother.

Yeah just noticed the slow winupdate site (thought it was rents computer) while updating rents comp this morning 🙂

They've added 5 security updates recently. I haven't touched them yet. Just waiting a few days longer while every other person rushed to download it first. 🙂

I saw 5 new updates, was a bit hanging, when i first tried to download the 3.1 meg of updates, dunno why, maybe they're being attacked again.
