Windows update reaching 100% imidiatly

I have a problem running windows update. It is reaching 100 % imidiatly and windows option is greyed out. In update.log is this msg.:
Error IUENGINE Querying software update catalog from https://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/getmanifest.asp (Error 0x800C0008)
Windows support telling me to check system clock and time and at least one language must be installed. Everything is OK.
Any other ideas???

Try emptying your internet cache and cookies (including offline files).

Also check your internet security settings and set them to medium. You can always change them back once you've gotten all the updates.
