Windows Update complains about networking settings??

Every time i try to update through Windows Update i get this error:

Access Denied


Network policy settings prevent you from using Windows Update to download and install updates on your computer.

If you believe you have received this message in error, please check with your system administrator.

I have no idea why this is, and i have used Windows Update in the past to update my OS.

make sure you have cookies/active x enabled.. cos when you goto update site, it loads up alittle activex control which scans your PC , so it can see what updates you have.
