Windows Reboots after load screen

Help...I shutdown my computer last night before i went to bed, and now it starts up to the windows xp load screen and then reboots...

Could be bad ahard drive - have you scanned with manufacturer's software?

Thgis happened to me ages ago, i just booted up the installation media and ran the recovery install.

Than make sure you update the SP's

Just done that, but no difference. I belive it's some memory issue.

if it is a memory issue you will hear a sequence of beeps during start up, instead of the single "systems ok" beep... does this happen?

From experience..... this does happen when you are on an overclock limit.
It can happen intermittently or all the time.
