Err, not that I know of, but I've never looked. I just use the 'Join Channels' feature in the server dialog.

Just switched from Hydra to X-Chat. Found a way to get around the only thing that was preventing me from switching until now. All is well now :D

i think most or all have been mentioned, but currently on winXP I'm using the following open sourced software, and they all get my nod for awesomeness vs. price.

gaim
mozilla
filezilla
cube (opensourced 3d engine)
xchat

i'm not going to bother posting the links, as they probably already ahve and if not, go to sourceforge.

Here's an awesome little app for CD Ripping:

CDex

a CD-Ripper, thus extracting digital audio data from an Audio CD. The application supports many Audio encoders, like MPEG (MP2,MP3), VQF, AAC encoders.

Download: http://sourceforge.net/projects/cdexos/

No probs man. Thought I'd toss a heads up, and bump a useful old thread, both in one post.

One better: The world's only secure ripper which also reports errors

Download:
Exact Audio Copy

Well, it's not really open source, but it is free (cardware).
