Windows Messenger

Gents-I just updated messenger to the latest version and now I cant kill it when its in my task bar cause it gives me that bs line about other programs are using it. I have tried to unistall with that registry hack thats posted but it still doesnt appear in the remove programs list. I have heard from a friend he got a program that tweaks XP and lets you unsitall messenger on the fly. Anyone have any inout as to this mystery prog or how to painlessly remove messenger. (damn I cant stand it!!) 😡
