I am sorry for my english but i try to do my best,

did some body no if there is a program where that we can make remote assistance from xp to another system like win98 because the only things a no it's that we can make remote only from xp to xp

You will need to search the microsoft site, there are a section of downloads to install remote desktop on win 98, nt, 2000 listed somewere, sorry i cant be of any more help but its been 6 months since i read up on that.
