Windows media player 2

actualy called windows media player 6.4 but i like it the best. now i have a movie and when ever i try to play it is gives me this error, (pic below) in mplayer 7 and ati player it does tha same, does anyone know how to fix this, it is to be a divx format and i have the 5.02 pro codec and the xvid codec and all others that are in a pack.

I'm having the same problem. It's just one movie that generates this error. If someone knows a fix, I would be greatfull.
