Windows Media 8 CD to .wma question.

Hiya;
does anyone know if windows media 8 can copy a CD's songs into 1 file?
I'm having problems with my eas cd creator 5 platinum with the XP driver update, seems it won't convert any CD's to mp3 or wma in it's program. (just sits there) and copying from CD to CD. So, I'm working with windows media 8 since it has these options but, the cd I'm copying is a dj mix cd (continious music that has been tracked) and in easy cd creator you can merge to one file or when you burn you do CD at once which the laser doesn't leave the CD-R surface.

There is not a method available to do so in WMP. Programs such as CD Creator and Nero are much more in depth and offer more options. WMP has these options built in to make it easier, but these options are not as advanced by any means.
