have anyone of you used a windows emulator? if yes, is it cool?
I am planning to use Connectix Virtual PC for windows so i can still use my prolink webcam when i migrate to xp. My webcam doesn't support xp:eek:

I've found with most emulators that they ae a virtual machine. So the problem is whilst you can run windows 98 or whatever you cant use most of your "real" hardware.

The emulator also emulates hardware, you cant fir instance use the nice Geforce 4 you bought because the emulator will emulate maybe an s3 trio.

Also the bios is emulated as well, so it's not actually your motherboards hardware your'e using

Why not just spend the $40 bucks on a new webcam? Has to be cheaper than a copy of Connectix Virtual PC.

coz the Virtual PC could be absolutely free....lolz

Any of the SP crew still out there?
