Windows 98 - 2000

I have Windows XP installed on 3 of my 4 PC's, but will not install on the 4th (Bas***d) PC.

Would you recommend an upgrade from Windows 98 to 2000 Advanced Server ???

If so, Why ??

Question: Can you do an upgrade from Win98 to WIn2k server or advanced server?? Or does if have to be a fresh install??
