Windows 2000 Pro

I was wondering a couple different things about W2000. Im pretty sure but going to ask anyways, does this OS come with IE already installed? Another question is, is it really one of the stablist out there from Microsoft Windows?

I'm using Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 4, and it's solid as a rock.
