Windows 2000 password recovery

Someone has changed the password on a Windows 2000 standalone and now no one can log on. There has only ever been one account on this machine. Is there a way of getting in to change the password back.

Ok, I tried a few things but most of the programs would only work if you paid for them. Easier to reformat and start again. Had it up and running finished in 90 mins. Spent 2 hours before that prating about. LOL !!!! Thanks for the links.
