win32.oblivion.011 trojan found

 i recenetly did a scan of my harddrive with vet anti-virus and it came up saying that i had the win32.oblivion.011 trojan in my system, i went to a virus site and it says it doesn't do any harm. now, whenever i start up my computer it says that it can find iexpIore.exe that with an "i"(expiore.exe) and then i click enter and it says change something in my registry, can anyone help me with this problem i really need some help,
thankyou very much,

Your anti-virus program should of fixed that for you, you have to remove iexplIore from your startup group. you can do this using msconfig, or just do this

goto start, click run, type regedit then do a search for IexpIore and delete any mention of it, make sure you spell it the way it's coming up so you don't rid yourself of the actual iexplore!

Hey EP! All good with me, applying for Microsoft MVP right now, should have done this a while ago.

Notifications don't work, I only found your response by coming back to hunt up some threads, if you want, give me your email address so we can keep in touch easier!

EP, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS

Been running around Quora lately, luv it there!
