Win2k error caused from winxp

I ahve a system with an 80 gug hd.
it is partitioned into 3.
i have another 8 gig hd.
i have windows 2k installed on the 8 gig and windows 2k server on one partition of the 80.
I installed windows xp onto one other partition of the 80.
xp runs fine but windows 2k has this error when it goes into starting up.

then a whole lot of 0's then
UNEXPECTED_KERNAL_MODE_TRAP
Begining dump of physical memory

can someone help me here. thanks
