Unless that has been updated, I don't think it's the true final build. Compare it against this info -

The download is 544MB and the MD5 hash (for those of you interested in such things) is 308245853e5b231343ee17b36ffda1e6. Final build identifies itself as Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp.080413-2111 : Service Pack 3).

one i got from major geeks was rc2 and had a diff md5 sum to the one that is supposed to be proper final, i would wait till someone gets it from technet or ms connect - least then we will get the proper version with the correct md5

judging by the images on that site you posted, whatever release he got has the pretty intro screens etc.. i wonder what the extra 200mb or so on the cd is?

if it identifies as

one difference being its not in an iso format (which technet's possibly is hence the 544mb size, maybe some other stuff included on the cd)
all i got was the WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-ENU.exe (316mb) no extras/autorun

Yes, the ISO has a DOTNETFX folder and basically looks like the SP2 disc that Microsoft sent out to people for free. You burn the ISO and you have an update disc.

yes thats theo one i have - the service pack is just the exe, anyone saying the service pack is 500meg plus is wrong, i have sliptreamed it into my xp sp2 disc and its about 50meg bigger - went from 624 to about 672meg, and it shows the same as in the pictures above, guessing gees has sorted it out now, as of yesterday they still had the rc2

The below results were a result of just slipstreaming with nLite without any other messing around:

Windows XP Pro SP0 + SP3 = ~629 MB ISO
Windows XP Pro SP0 + SP2 + SP3 = ~672 MB ISO
