I using 1394 for home networking connection.
TCP/IP.

I just found out that my network connection uses its IP address and Home Networking settings almost every time my system reboots.
I noticed that my network connection name changes random ie. 1394 connection 2, 1394 connection 7, 1394 connection 3 etc.
The PC is connected to internet through an other PC and I am most of the times unable to establish internet connection.

SOLUTION FOUND!!!

THE PROBLEM WAS RAM.
I USED 2 x 128 + 1 x 256.
THIRD BANK SHOULD HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF RAM.
I REMOVED THE 256 AND INSTALLED A 128.
NO MORE RANDOM REBOOTS.

MY OTHER PROBLEM IS THAT ASPI IS NOT ENABLED.

I FORMATTED AN ISTALLED WIN XP TWICE. I DID PUSH F7 KEY AT START OF INSTALLATION TO FORCE ASPI, BUT STILL NO RESULT.

I NEED ASSISTANCE HOW TO INSTALL ASPI WITHOUT REFOMATTING MY DRIVE AGAIN.
